We received a consultation from a fryer manufacturer stating, "In developing a new type of fryer, we want to increase the capacity while reducing the number of heating elements compared to conventional seed heaters." Our company proposed a flat heater that can increase the surface area and capacity compared to seed heaters. Due to its special shape (flat) and thin thickness, it is possible to bend it at a smaller radius than conventional round ceramic heaters, allowing for a larger heating surface area in narrow spaces. As a result, it is possible to reduce the power density compared to conventional round ceramic heaters, achieving heating that suppresses rapid temperature increases on the heater surface. 【Features】 ■ Reduction in the number of heaters and wiring work In a three-phase power supply, the number of heaters can be reduced to one-third, and wiring work can be reduced by half.
